This policy explains how TETEEMA GROUP LLC, doing business as TEMA Express Services ("we", "us"), handles the information and documents you send us through this website, by email, by phone, by text or in our office.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, the languages and deadline for your translation, and the documents you upload or bring to us. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

Only to prepare your quote, do and deliver your translation, take payment, answer your questions and keep your file for later copies. We do not sell your information.

Who sees your documents

Only authorized staff, translators and reviewers working on your order, all of whom must keep them confidential.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we text you about your quote, order and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep your file

We keep your documents and translation securely for 3 years, so extra copies are easy to provide. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your file sooner, unless we must keep it by law.
